After 10 years at the head of TNS Ilres, Luc Biever joins the real estate and construction company Stugalux as director. A newly created position.

Luc Biever is starting his first official week at Stugalux. He had left the management of TNS Ilres to “take on new professional challenges.” This will be as director of the Luxembourgish construction company, which he joined on Friday 1 October.

“It was time to do something else, I had been thinking about doing something new for some time,” he explains. Luc Biever joined the survey and marketing research company in 2001 before being appointed director of research in 2005, then managing director in 2011.

He is replaced by a trio of leaders: Thomas Crépon, director of client services in the private sector, Tommy Klein, director of client services in the public sector, and Ingrid Fleischer, director of finance and human resources.

At Stugalux, “I am not replacing anyone, this is a new position,” he explains. has Joel Schons as its managing director and financial director. Patrick Moes is manager and commercial director and Mike Spanier is the construction director. Luc Biever, the new “director” as he writes on his Linkedin profile, will have several tasks ahead of him, which he does not give any details about at the moment. “What I will do will remain in the area of digital data and business management.
