TNS Ilres will appoint a management team of three to replace Luc Biever, who has decided to step down as managing director as of 30 September.

TNS Ilres, a company specialising in marketing research, opinion polls and surveys, on Wednesday announced the resignation of managing director, , in a statement to clients and partners.

Biever joined the company in 2001 and was appointed research director in 2005. He became managing director in January 2011. He has ended his mandate to "undertake new professional challenges".

In order to "ensure the transition and continuity of the business", the TNS Ilres board of directors has decided to appoint a management team of three people from within the company to replace him: Thomas Crépon, director of client services in the private sector; Tommy Klein, director of client services in the public sector; and Ingrid Fleischer, director of finance and human resources.
