According to a press release, Steinhaus will go separate ways with lux-Airport--at his own request--to pursue a different professional challenge. Steinhaus first joined the group as its commercial director in 2016 before being promoted to the position of CEO in March 2018.
Replacing Steinhaus as an ad interim CEO is current CFO and deputy CEO Alexander Flassak. Flassak--who joined as the director of finance and real estate in 2014--will take up the position on 1 May 2022.

He has made a significant contribution to the development of the company in recent years, even in a particularly difficult time for aviation due to the pandemic.”
