Is it really worth revisiting the current crisis in the construction industry? I think everyone is aware of it, and a lot has already been written and said on the subject. On the other hand, it's probably going to take longer than expected for the market to reset itself, return to stability and some level of growth. Unfortunately, some people will have to remain on the sidelines, whether they are companies or people looking for accommodation in Luxembourg. Because the damage is and will be collateral.

In such situations, we need to remain agile and continue to place intelligence and respect at the heart of all our actions. Fortunately, some projects have been maintained, notably in the office and community sectors. A few residential projects are also still on the cards, especially as part of renovations or conversions. Paperjam is also adapting to this context and is offering a new version of its magazine dedicated to architecture, now an annual publication, called Paperjam Extra Living & Workspace.

Loyal readers will find presentations of residential, office and community projects. We've decided to add a selection of furniture and design objects chosen by professional architects. We are also continuing to follow the daily news on the paperjam.lu website and to offer events for the community interested in architecture and real estate within the Paperjam Club.
