Mastercard credit cardholders in Belgium and Luxembourg will now receive return shipping protection through a new partnership with Qover, with up to €90 in annual reimbursements for shipping costs on returns.

Qover, an insurtech company, a collaboration with Mastercard on Friday 15 November 2024, to offer an embedded return shipping protection service for Mastercard credit cardholders in Belgium and Luxembourg. The service reimburses shipping fees for returns when retailers do not provide free return options. Available through Mastercard’s local websites, mastercard.be and mastercard.lu, it is being introduced as a unique benefit for Mastercard users in both countries.

The return shipping protection covers up to €30 per return, with a maximum of three claims per year, allowing for a total reimbursement of up to €90 annually. The service is available to all Mastercard credit cardholders in Belgium and Luxembourg.
