Mélanie Juredieu, Senior Media & Solution Advisor chez Maison Moderne (Maison Moderne)

What does "a good customer" mean to you?

A good customer is a satisfied customer. They are open to new developments, follow our strategic recommendations and then recommend us to the market. A satisfied customer is a customer who will remain loyal. Building customer loyalty and establishing real relationships has been one of my main concerns since I joined Maison Moderne fifteen years ago.

What advice do you like to give to your customers?

Take the time, together, to refine the communication objectives, to clearly define the targets and messages before choosing the most appropriate channels and media brands. Plan for the year rather than chaining isolated actions together.

There are ads that leave a lasting impression. What is the advert you will never forget?

Without hesitation, it's the Benetton campaigns of the 90s. Signed by photographer and art director Oliviero Toscani, these campaigns were punchy, incisive, eye-catching, disturbing and sometimes very sultry. It was sublime. The non-fashion related visuals were simply signed with the Benetton logo. The aim? To stand out, to be noticed, to interfere in the public debate and to fight the culture of hate. Who has forgotten Benedict XVI kissing an imam? Or Binyamin Netanyahu and Mahmoud Abbas? And Angela Merkel and Silvio Berlusconi?
