Her job? To set up investment funds so that managers can invest. “We are trying to introduce AI more and more into our day-to-day work, but some tasks, such as strategic advice, simply cannot be replaced by AI.”

Wang, who manages 30 people, stands out for her maternal leadership style, inspired by her role as a mother: “I love to see my team growing.”

What does she love about her job? “Every transaction is different, every customer is different. There’s always a comfort zone with fundamental knowledge, but every day brings its own challenges.”
