The founder and CEO of Maison Moderne, publisher of Delano and Paperjam, has taken over as president of the European Magazine Media Association. Koedinger succeeds Roularta CEO Xavier Bouckaert.

Twenty-two national associations of periodical publishers and 20 European publishing houses. That totals up to 15,000 publishers, most of them SMEs, who publish 50,000 magazine titles across Europe. The European Magazine Media Association () has appointed , founder and CEO of Maison Moderne, which publishes Paperjam and Delano, as its new president.

Koedinger succeeded Roularta CEO Xavier Bouckaert, who was president for six years. The group’s charter is to defend freedom of expression, promote pluralism and diversity, and ensure that the European periodical industry remains competitive and dynamic. Five people are in charge of the Brussels-based association on a day-to-day basis: Ilias Konteas (executive director), Arianne Carré (legal and policy director), José Guimaraes (in charge of European affairs) and Elisa Elleboudt (office manager).
