Milan Hauber has been promoted to partner at Ogier’s Luxembourg office, where he advises on investment funds, fund formation and cross-border transactions for German-speaking clients.

The law firm of Ogier said that it has strengthened its expertise in Luxembourg investment funds and private equity with the promotion of Milan Hauber to partner, effective 1 October 2024. Hauber, previously recognised in legal directories such as Legal 500 for his skills, was promoted after five years with the firm, having joined in 2019. During his tenure, Hauber played a significant role in expanding Ogier’s German Desk and providing key legal services to German-speaking clients across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Hauber, a German-qualified lawyer, is admitted to the bar in both Luxembourg and Germany. He has extensive experience advising on Luxembourg law concerning investment funds, including fund formation, capital raising and limited partner due diligence. His work also extends into fund financing, where he helps clients navigate complex cross-border transactions, particularly within Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Anne-Gaëlle Delabye, partner and head of Ogier’s investment funds practice in Luxembourg, commented on Hauber’s promotion, stating that he has demonstrated “deep technical knowledge” and “commitment to providing excellent client service.” She further noted that Hauber’s contributions have been critical to the firm’s recent growth in German-speaking markets, especially through the German Desk.
