Pierre Gromada’s return and strategic ambitions
Former head of the company in Luxembourg, Pierre Gromada, who had taken up other positions within the group, is returning three years after handing over to one of his N-1s. His mission is clear: to strengthen the firm’s leadership position and return to double-digit growth.
In January 2024, took the strategic decision to reorganise its operational management to better serve its growth ambitions. The group has big ambitions in Luxembourg and wants to make them known.
Having been present in the market for almost 20 years, the firm now has 45 employees at its headquarters in the Gare Centrale district, and in September 2024 celebrated the milestone of 300 external consultants on assignment. The group’s management called on Pierre Gromada, former leader of the firm in Luxembourg, to lead the company towards its ambitions, a challenge that he and the management team have embraced with enthusiasm and determination.

New management team and management objectives
To carry out this mission successfully, Pierre has put together a new management board, made up of internal and external employees, both men and women.
Today, Hays has a management team made up of three women and two men, all with more than 10 years of experience in their field.
– Alice Camblat, external recruitment. Alice has been appointed deputy director, in charge of senior appointments & executive search,
– Pascaline Molinero, internal recruitment. Pascaline has been appointed deputy director in charge of the “recruitment agency” business line,
– Camille Codron, internal recruitment. Camille has been appointed deputy director in charge of the temporary work division,
– Adrien Boyard, external recruitment then internal development. Adrien has been appointed deputy director, in charge of the contracting services division.
The credit for our success goes to all my colleagues. They are the ones who make the company what it is every day, and without their involvement, the story wouldn’t be as good as it is. Time for action!
New services and a vision for the future
By promoting the values of fairness and diversity that Hays holds dear, this team is ready to take the company to new heights. Following these appointments, we announce the opening of four new service offerings:
– Senior appointment & executive search: an offering dedicated to the recruitment of strategic and executive profiles
– Life science & healthcare: a recruitment service dedicated to healthcare professionals.
– Finance contracting: a service providing external resources in the field of finance
– HR contracting: a service providing external HR resources.
