Lee Marshall took over as managing director of JTC Luxembourg, the JTC Group’s fund services business in the grand duchy, effective 1 January 2025.

“In this role, Lee will become the head of the management committee and join the board of JTC Luxembourg SA,” the company in a press release on 30 January 2025. “Lee will lead the further development and expansion of JTC’s fund services in Luxembourg, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to excellence and innovation in service delivery.”

In 2023, the most recent financial year with publicly available filings, it recorded net turnover of €6.8m, up from €5.8m the previous year. It posted a profit of €488,507 for 2023, an increase from €476,702 for 2022. The company employed an average of 33 full time equivalent staff during 2023, compared to 23 in 2022.

JTC Luxembourg is part of JTC Group, a provider of corporate, fund and family office services with $335bn in client assets under administration globally.

Marshall replaced Richard van’t Hof, who left the firm last year.
