The welcome ceremony for new joiners has become a ritual within the Big Four over the years. EY’s 2022 event took place on 16 September at the European Convention Center Luxembourg (ECCL) in Kirchberg, in the presence of some 350 new recruits and several leading figures at the firm. First and foremost, , EY's country managing partner in Luxembourg, took the stage in the auditorium to motivate the troops who will bring the number of employees within the firm to 1,800.
The newcomers were also treated to a video from Carmine Di Sibio, global chairman and CEO of the Big Four company. , recently appointed partner and people leader at EY Luxembourg, and Clément Papin, learning & development manager, were in charge of MCing the event.
