The Buck, Arend and Neuberg villas, also known as the Villas Servais because they are located on the Emmanuel Servais boulevard, will in a few months' time be home to the law firm Brucher Thieltgen & Partners and Patrimundi 1869. This operation was managed by Inowai.

The Villas Servais--in fact the villas Arend, Buck and Neuberg are grouped under this name--occupy numbers 16, 18 and 20 of the Boulevard Emmanuel Servais and are part of the beautiful historic and private buildings in the centre of Luxembourg. They will soon be occupied by new tenants.

"We are going to occupy the Arend and Buck villas, as well as the thatched cottage in the park of the property,” explains Nicolas Thieltgen, managing partner of Brucher Thieltgen & Partners to Delano’s sister publication Paperjam. He had visited several buildings before settling on these. "They meet our criteria in terms of location, distribution of space... I personally did not want large open spaces."

"It is a source of pride to be able to offer such working conditions to our employees and clients. To be able to do so on a site of this quality, in villas that are dear to the hearts of Luxembourgers, is for us a strong symbol, the optimal combination of tradition and modernity, local roots and international openness," he explains in a press release.

The firm's sustained growth has prompted this move, which will take effect in the summer of 2022. The new premises will be able to accommodate up to 65 people.

Patrimundi 1869 will take possession of the Villa Neuberg at the beginning of next year.

"We were quickly seduced by the location and the quality of Villa Neuberg and we are very happy to be able to share this beautiful address with our clients, but also with our employees, in the image of our company, discreet and of quality. We are certain that this move heralds a new phase of development and growth for Patrimundi 1869", reports Alain Crefcoeur, managing partner of Patrimundi 1869.

Owned by the Wajsbrot group

Inowai was commissioned to provide a 360° service for this project, from sale to rental, including management and operational management of the renovation work on the villas. "Beyond the prestigious nature of the Villas Servais and the pride we took in honouring such a project, this operation is a perfect example of Inowai's know-how. Our capital markets, office agency, project management and property management teams were able to apply their different areas of expertise and demonstrate their complementarity in order to make this project a success," emphasises Tehdi Babigeon, partner, COO and head of capital markets at Inowai.

Formerly owned by the Edmond de Rothschild bank, the Villas Servais have been owned since June 2021 by the Wajsbrot group, which has been active in real estate investment in Luxembourg, France and Belgium for over 30 years.
