352 Lux Mag chief editor Ros Browne discreetly mentioned in this week’s editorial that “the magazine will take a break and the web version will become your [the readers’] available point of reference.” Indeed, next week’s edition will be the last in print with resources being moved to a web version of the news and lifestyle magazine.

Browne is leaving 352’s publishing company New Media Lux to work freelance, while her former colleague Jess Bauldry has also left the company to work for the Luxemburger Wort’s English online site.

The title was the successor of 352 and before that Luxembourg News, founded by publisher Pol Wirtz back in 1981. The companies that published those titles both went bankrupt (in 2003 and 2008) and New Media Lux, the company run by managing director Charles Ruppert, took over the title in early 2009.
