Alex Pham has joined Kleyr Grasso as head of tax. Pham has worked in Luxembourg for 13 years, including “within the tax departments of a Big 4 firm, a leading trust services company and an international law firm”, the company said. He will advise private equity and multinational firms and high net worth individuals on international tax structuring, VAT and in tax litigation matters. Pham holds a PhD in law.
