Anne-Marie Nicolas has been named partner in the banking and finance practice of Loyens & Loeff’s Luxembourg office. She specialises in cross-border transactions, among other matters. She joined the firm after positions with TE Connectivity, a technology company, and the law firms of Stibbe and Allen & Overy. Nicolas was called to the Luxembourg Bar in 2003 and the New York State Bar in 2004.
