With more than 1,000 kilometres of paths available, biking is a great way to discover all four corners of Luxembourg and the Greater Region. The Vallée des 7 châteaux is one of the nicest valleys in the Grand Duchy with amazing castles to visit along the way.
In the east, la Petite Suisse Luxembourgeoise is home to more challenging circuits, but a former railway line was converted into an approachable bike path.
Excellent paths line the Moselle Valley and its vineyards. Staff choice is the stretch from Remich to Ehnen, although the path on the German side is quieter. Saarland features five other major bicycle routes (photo) worth exploring.
