This year’s Optimists Cricket Club 6-a-side tournament is taking place
this weekend, July 9 and 10 at the home side’s Walferdange ground (rue des Près) The event begins at from 9 a.m. on both days and continues through to 7pm.
As well as the all-action cricket there will be a selection of curries, salads and sausages on sale on both afternoons, plus an all-day bar. Entrance is free.
