As the summer holidays approach, advisors from the European Consumer Centre in Luxembourg will be on hand to offer free advice. Passengers can enquire at the centre’s information stand at Findel about their legal rights regarding cancelled or delayed flights, overbooking, lost baggage and other problems encountered when travelling by air.

The centre’s staff will also be handing out information leaflets. The event, which is held in conjunction with the ministry of the economy and foreign trade, takes place as part of an EU initiative at 23 airports across Europe. The stand will be open until 4.30 p.m.
