The sixth in the Konrad Comedy club series of monthly events featuring stand-up comedians flown in from the UK takes place next Tuesday and Wednesday, June 12 and 13. Guest performer is Carl Donnelly, who has made appearances on British satire news quiz Mock The Week.
He started as a professional stand-up some six years ago and in 2009 performed his debut solo show at the Edinburgh fringe; that mecca for stand-up comedians. Relax everyone, it’s Carl Donnelly was nominated for the Edinburgh Comedy Award for best newcomer. Two further Edinburgh solo shows have followed, and he has also appeared at festivals around the world and on television shows such as Russell Howard’s Good News.
Carl is flown in to Luxembourg courtesy of Luxair and support from sponsors Fund Advisers, Greenfield and Prisma allows tickets to be kept at a low price for what is quality comedy.
