On 14 and 15 July Luxembourg, Germany and Belgium were heavily affected by floods and although the grand duchy weathered the disaster better (comparatively), many establishments were damaged.

Olivier Fellmann is the co-owner of Les Espaces Saveurs, which own Sapori, one of the affected restaurants, and in this episode he shares his experience. The group has decided to move Sapori, which has been located in Eich for the past 15 years. Tune in to find out about the financing process of such a move and what the July floods looked like through the eyes of a restaurant owner.
