Ocorian, a provider of fund administration, capital markets, corporate and fiduciary services, has promoted 22 people in its Luxembourg team, the firm announced in a press release on 9 April 2024. Arvind Vissen Arnachellum has been promoted to associate director in corporate services, while Thomas Frings has been promoted to associate director, client & portfolio services in fund services. The other 20 promotions were across the corporate and fund services teams.
“I want to congratulate my colleagues who’ve been promoted; we’ve recorded significant success over this past year and it’s largely down to their dedication and hard work,” said Remy Cornet, Luxembourg head of corporate services at Ocorian, in the communiqué. “There have been many economic challenges over the past year and the team acted professionally to adapt to them. These promotions will strengthen our team and the level of expertise across the group, and are extremely well deserved.”
Arnachellum joined Ocorian in Luxembourg in June 2019. Before taking on the role of associate director, he served as manager and business unit leader. He has also worked at BNP Paribas Securities Services in the grand duchy and at Deutsche Bank in Mauritius.
Frings, who joined Ocorian Fund Management in March 2022 as senior client relationship manager, previously worked at Allegro (), as director at YCAP Asset Management, and as senior asset manager and senior credit analyst at LBBW Luxembourg.
