On Tuesday 13 May, 25 leaders gathered at Stibbe for a confidential “Off the record” session focussed on leadership and entrepreneurship.

The event offered two complementary perspectives on leadership.  (CBTW) shared his vision of adaptive leadership in a rapidly changing world, whilst  (Apis Asset Management) questioned the role of empathy in performance: must leaders choose between results and compassion?

Two powerful talks, grounded in real-world experience, sparked rich and authentic exchanges among peers.
