Ogier Global, the corporate and fiduciary services division of Ogier, on Thursday 20 June 2024 that it had been granted a fund administration licence by the Luxembourg Financial Sector Supervisory Commission (CSSF). This enables the firm to expand its service offerings to include fund administration, corporate and domiciliation services within Luxembourg, enhancing its position in the financial services sector, said Ogier in the press release.
Acknowledging the new licence, Wilfried Lottin, managing director of Ogier Global in Luxembourg, stated, “This new offering in Luxembourg leverages our existing expertise in corporate and fiduciary services and the management of diverse unregulated entities such as management companies, special purpose vehicles and holding companies.”
David Fowler, global head of fund services, added, “Luxembourg is a key location for fund administration, and with this licence, we are ideally positioned to offer our clients a full range of services that will support their funds throughout their lifecycle.”
