One of the most beautiful and quiet terraces in the city centre, a bar with a deliciously old-fashioned charm, delicious cuisine by chef Paul Fourier and legendary brunches: it's time to go and visit L'Amélys, in the Hôtel Le Royal...

Luxury, calm and pleasure: an old adage that fits rather well with the L’Amélys restaurant at the Hôtel Le Royal. Service, decor and good food: it's all there, just a few steps away from everything. Amongst the many assets of the place, a large elegant room of course, but also a brilliant terrace, a setting that is both green and urban, very well maintained by the teams of the 5-star hotel Le Royal to which it belongs. You can bask in the sun, but you can also have lunch in the shade, under one of the large parasols...

Inside and outside, it is calm and discretion that prevails: nice people, but very little showboating, even if the beautiful wine list may invite you to hang out a bit, or even to get drunk... The cuisine served by chef Paul Fourier is gourmet and sophisticated, without being pompous. Without being comparable to the former Pomme Cannelle, the new versions of the menus have taken the level of sophistication up two or three notches and smell as much of the North Sea as a Luxembourg fields.
