Located in the heart of the park of the same name, the Parc Le'h restaurant is an institution for many gourmets and gourmands who come here to savour quality dishes, but also to enjoy an enchanting setting. The surrounding forest, with which the restaurant is in perfect harmony, adds to the restaurant's exotic and intimate atmosphere.
Inside, the wood, leather and velvet decor and furnishings contribute to a warm and soothing atmosphere. The stag heads, symbols of the house, recall the rural setting. As for the bay windows, they bathe the room in light and give a direct view of the forest, but also of the large terrace and the amphitheatre. Every year, the amphitheatre plays host to a number of musical events, providing plenty of reasons to enjoy a drink and a bite to eat in summer, as well as in winter.
Authentic homemade cuisine
Behind the stove, chef Jean-Charles Albert, who has been immersed in this world since childhood, offers his own unique cuisine featuring French gastronomic favourites and local dishes. For the latter, it is imperative to carefully select local and regional produce worked by small producers and market gardeners.
Among his signature dishes, the chef is particularly fond of cooking offal, including sweetbreads. He uses his creativity to create the €44 Parc Le'h Menu, which has been awarded the Bib Gourmand by Michelin, and whose contents are renewed each month according to seasonal produce. Gourmets can choose from two starters, two main courses, a cheese board or a dessert.
Alongside this more refined cuisine (matured fillet of beef, roast octopus or stuffed whole red mullet), the chef also offers more accessible dishes for customers in a hurry, such as chicken bouchée à la reine or minute minced beef tartare. The lunchtime menu, served from Tuesday to Friday, offers the choice of a single course, a starter/main course, a main course/dessert or a starter/main course/dessert. For these different menus, the chef takes care to choose fresh, seasonal produce, as well as offering meat, fish and vegetarian options.
For starters, we recommend pan-fried foie gras with sweet potato purée, coconut emulsion, pumpkin seeds and Espelette peppers. A surprising blend of flavours that will amaze your taste buds. To keep the momentum going, there's nothing like the 'Dry Aged' veal chop with balsamic-glazed salsify and a duo of mashed potatoes and Colonnata bacon tuile. For a touch of lightness, don't hesitate to try the Buddha bowl made with lean meats, shades of vegetables and Thai seasoning. And to finish on a sweet note, try the fig tartlet with pistachio and mascarpone cream. An airy dessert!
To accompany these dishes, we recommend that you choose one of the 150 wines from our wine cellar, which includes grands crus as well as more affordable bottles.
