If you could predict how the future of work would look like, what areas would you emphasise? 

Staying relevant in the labour market 50 years from today will require new skills, and definitely a few tips and tricks. There’s no better place to gather early recommendations other than academia. So, we asked some professionals and students from the University of Luxembourg to share their take on the future of work and how to stay ahead of the trends.

While you may be tempted to think the future of work will be all about tech, entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainability--which are obviously very important and feature among the responses from the interviewees--an emphasis is also made on the need to boost self confidence, retain key values and gain pitching skills.
