Prash Chandrasekhar, an executive at Amazon, is a dynamic leader passionate about social impact. After travelling the world for his studies and work, the Indian-born man settled in Luxembourg to focus on his family and career.

Inspired by leaders who have revolutionised well-established sectors, such as Jeff Bezos with online retail, the Amazon product leader manages a programme that helps small and medium­-sized businesses optimise their efficiency and improve their outcomes and is active in the firm’s staff delegation. Chandrasekhar says that at Amazon, he is surrounded “by people hungry for impact.” Amongst its 16 leadership principles, he feels particularly close to “bias for action” and “success and scale bring broad responsibility.” Outside of work, the 39-year-old is active in promoting Luxembourg as a hub for business and talent through his platform The Luxembourg Mind.
