A few weeks ahead of International Women’s Day, Luxembourg language school Languages.lu is coming out with a new game.

The Inspiring Wo-men edition of Wie sinn ech? - Who am I?--created by the school’s founder Clara Moraru--is an educational card game that allows children and adults alike to not only practice their French, English or Luxembourgish, but also to find out more about “her-story” or the lives of notable women in history.

The game includes 25 profiles of Luxembourg women--like the first female MP in the grand duchy, or the first female entrepreneur--and 30 international women for which the player has to guess the name.

“Playing as a pedagogical method is generally associated with the training for young children; however, it can very successfully be used with adults,” says Moraru in a statement. She specifies that the game is a language learning tool too, though it is more appropriate for those with an intermediate level (B1) in Luxembourgish or French.

Whether Luxembourg’s first female finance minister Yuriko Backes (DP) is among the answers, remains to be discovered.

The game can be pre-ordered .
