PwC Legal continues its development in the grand duchy, citing its 2025 strategy aiming to expand and diversity its service offer. 

Among the staff it has promoted are Soledad Pascual and Mathieu Feldmann from the Corporate and M&A department. Both senior counsels have 20 years of experience, with Pascual specialising in mergers, acquisitions and company law, in particular in the private equity sector. Feldmann specialises in the restructuring of national and global companies. 

Ailbhe Kilcullen, who works in general corporate law and the private equity sector is now a Senior Associate, while Geraldine Felber is promoted to Associate for her knowledge and experience in corporate restructuring matters and provate equity transactions.  

In the investment funds department, Olivier Amrein is promoted to councel and Clotilde Lapie is now an Associate. The Technology and IP department of PwC Legal has also promoted one of its team members: Nicolas Hamblenne is now also Counsel.
