Quentin Martin joined the firm in July 2018 and is an avocat à la cour in the real estate and construction law, commercial and business law, public and administrative law, and dispute resolution (general litigation & arbitration) departments.

Renowned for his expertise in property law and the author of numerous publications in this field, Quentin Martin advises mainly players in the construction industry (developers, contractors, insurers, lessors, investors, etc.) and public bodies. He is regularly involved in property litigation, both civil and administrative, and large-scale property transactions.

In 2024, his professional excellence was recognised by Legal500, which named him as a “key lawyer” in real estate law. Quentin Martin holds a master’s degree in civil and criminal justice from the Université catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve, as well as a bachelor’s degree in law from the Université de Namur.
