Quintet Private Bank and Moonfare entered into a partnership designed to augment private-market investment opportunities for Quintet’s clientele, as per an made on 10 October 2023. The partnership seeks to not only widen the reach for Quintet’s client base but also expand Moonfare’s global distribution network.
Quintet, a private bank with its head office in Luxembourg, presently manages over €86bn in client assets and operates in approximately 50 cities throughout Europe and the UK, including its family of private banks like Brown Shipley in the UK and Puilaetco in Belgium. Berlin-based Moonfare, a prominent platform in direct-to-consumer private equity and private credit investing, administers €2.7bn in assets under management and conducts operations in 23 countries.
Under the agreed terms, Quintet will proffer access to a comprehensive digital investment platform powered by Moonfare. This platform will initially avail private-market funds, focusing on strategies in the private equity and infrastructure arena, each scrupulously selected and approved by Quintet. Moreover, the platform intends to furnish both clients and client advisors with a plethora of tools and insights, inclusive of product collaterals, paperless subscription, client reporting and portfolio analytics.
