They are the Luxembourg of tomorrow. They have a head full of ideas and a crazy desire to make them a reality. What do they have in common? They are under 40 and represent Luxembourg's #Nextgen. Each day this month, discover the portraits of these 100 men and women who are the new face of the country. In this instalment: Mike Reiffers and Nicolas Speeckaert, the co-founders of All Eyes On Me.

"Companies were finding it hard to recruit and attract talent", so "we developed a platform that allows companies to showcase dynamic content", explain the co-founders of All Eyes On Me (AEOM), Nicolas Speeckaert, 34, and Mike Reiffers, 36. The platform uses videos, photos and text to present companies in a transparent and human way.

Their mission is to promote the companies and the country by highlighting what it's like to live in Luxembourg: political stability, quality of life, economic dynamism and free public transport. "A lot of people don't know much about Luxembourg, and the more we promote its attractions, the more talent we attract," explains Nicolas. By combining digital marketing and job boards, AEOM aims to offer not just a job, but a lifestyle.

Maison Moderne, the company publishes Paperjam, is a shareholder in AEOM.
