Ruslana Hrischeva has joined the global debt finance and global capital markets practices of White & Case as a local partner in Luxembourg.

Global law firm White & Case has expanded its global debt finance and global capital markets practices with the arrival of Ruslana Hrischeva as a local partner in its Luxembourg office. She will be head of the debt finance practice in Luxembourg. Hrischeva advises international financial institutions, corporates and asset managers on cross-border transactions, covering leveraged finance, real estate and fund finance, restructuring and enforcement of security interests and securities laws and structured finance including securitisations, fiduciary structures and structured products.

Hrischeva joins White & Case from the law firm A&O Shearman, where she spent nine years working in the international capital markets and banking practice. She previously worked at the European Parliament in Brussels as a policy advisor to the German MEP Monika Hohlmeier (EPP). Hrischeva is also a member of the Luxembourg Capital Markets Association (LuxCMA), the Luxembourg Banking Lawyers’ Association (ALJB) and the working group on sustainable investment products for retail investors of the Luxembourg Sustainable Finance Initiative (LSFI).

The firm, which now has its office in the Ville-Haute district of the capital,  and covers private equity, investment fund, corporate, banking and finance, capital markets, restructuring, tax, litigation and EU financial service regulations.
