Sébastien Giordano will take over from Kasper Deforche on 1 September, JLL announced in a press release on Tuesday 20 June.

JLL has appointed Sébastien Giordano as its new country leader for Luxembourg and Belgium. Currently head of project & development services (P&DS) at JLL Belux, Giordano will take over from Kasper Deforche on 1 September. Deforche has decided to pursue new career opportunities and will be leaving the company in the autumn.

Giordano, who has 20 years of experience in Malta and Brussels, joined JLL last November.

“I am delighted to be embarking on this new chapter in my career with JLL at such a crucial time for business,” said the new country manager. “Kasper’s leadership has been essential in positioning the business for success, and I look forward to continuing this growth and strengthening the recognition of our teams in Luxembourg and Belgium as partners of choice, helping our clients shape their future real estate strategies.”
