On 16 September, EY Luxembourg welcomed 320 new recruits, marking an important step in the strengthening of its teams.

EY Luxembourg welcomed 320 new professionals of 29 nationalities at a welcome and orientation day organised on 16 September at the European Convention Centre. The event, aimed at young graduates and experts, included presentations, workshops and roundtables led by the company’s senior executives. The day also provided an opportunity for exchanges and networking between new recruits and long-serving employees, and marked the start of a training and integration programme for new arrivals in various departments.

“As we welcome our new colleagues, we’re also embracing an exciting chapter with the arrival of our new global CEO [Janet Truncale, elected in November 2023 with effect from 1 July 2024, editor’s note]. This is a time of revived focus on what makes EY unique: our ability to connect expertise across the globe,” commented EY’s country managing partner  in a press release. “I look forward to working with our new joiners and seeing how their contributions will help us all grow and learn together.”
