Hoffmann has more than 20 years’ experience in advising on real estate transactions, due diligence investigations and contract negotiations. He advises on all aspects of real estate investment projects, including, among other things, real estate asset acquisitions and disposals (share or asset deals), the choice of vehicle, financing, complex lease negotiations, urban planning issues, authorisation requirements and environmental aspects.
“I am honoured to have been appointed to this role and I look forward to leading the real estate practice in Luxembourg and working closely with the broader PwC network to further develop opportunities for clients,” Hoffmann said in a statement.
Before joining PwC Legal in March, Hofmann worked at a magic circle law firm in Luxembourg, where he established the leading position of this firm in real estate matters.
