In the heart of Luxembourg City, the SixSeven restaurant invites you to take a gourmet break on the capital's rooftop. Tasty dishes, fine pastries and a carefully curated selection of wines are just some of the ways in which the team of chefs aims to surprise and pamper you.

Fancy some gourmet food with a panoramic view of the whole capital? That's what the SixSeven experience is all about.

Located on the 6th floor of Galeries Lafayette, this establishment offers two distinct spaces. On the first level, a vast bar surrounded by tables offers a lively, friendly atmosphere, perfect for enjoying one of the many classic or signature cocktails accompanied by a selection of gourmet boards to share. On the upper floor, the restaurant offers a more intimate atmosphere, discreet and bright, with elegant and refined furnishings. SixSeven aims to offer each guest a complete experience, starting with an aperitif at the bar, followed by a delicious meal, and continuing with an after-dinner drink to round off the experience. SixSeven is open all week, Monday to Sunday, with a full menu.

Since January, the events calendar at SixSeven has continued to expand, offering customers unique moments in a dynamic and welcoming environment. Every Monday evening, live acoustic music accompanies dinner, creating a spellbinding musical atmosphere. On Thursday evenings, it's afterwork time, from 5pm to 7pm, with a special offer including complimentary tapas.

In the coming months, many other events are planned, such as the celebration of Bastille Day and the reopening of the rooftop terrace. With the return of fine weather, the terrace is the perfect place to soak up the sun while admiring the view over Luxembourg City. The SixSeven recently received new furniture for its two terraces and has been welcoming customers on Sundays since 5 May. Open from midday to midnight, the menu features a special selection called "Sunday must-haves", including the classic roast chicken to share! A warm and tasty dish to share with friends or family.

Traditional cuisine featuring local produce

In the past, the 6th floor was dedicated to a brasserie atmosphere, while the 7th floor was reserved for gastronomy. Since1 January 2024, new chef Pierre-Louis Brossard has been offering a new concept. A unique bistronomic menu is now in place for both levels. The menu, which changes with each season, features homemade dishes and accompanying sauces. For a foretaste, let yourself be tempted by the declination of asparagus and poached egg, featuring cooked and raw green asparagus, asparagus pickles and citrus reduction, or the surprising 'chef's land & sea' with its shelled pig's trotter, plancha cuttlefish, Asian marinade and herb salad, offering a touch of lightness and a hint of the exotic.

To continue in the same vein, opt for the citrus octopus with its orange leek fondue, grilled leeks, cream sauce and samphire, a delicious and tasty dish.

Meat lovers will also find something to their liking with a grill-oriented menu featuring fine cuts of meat, some of which are matured, such as Wagyu beef. Lamb, accompanied by artichoke poivrade, artichoke cream, olive tapenade and lamb jus with thyme, will also delight the most discerning palates.

The head sommelier, Grégory Clain, will be able to advise you from the 300+ references in the wine cellar to find the best match for your dish.

Finally, pastry chef Margaux Escafignoux offers a platter of sweets created with meticulous care and imagination. Let yourself be seduced by the lightness and freshness of the pomegranate entremet or the chocolate flower, an unforgettable gourmet experience.

Need to organise a private event or reception in complete privacy? The SixSeven has a private room at your disposal and offers a wide range of options for welcoming your guests: discovery menu or prestige menu with wine tasting, walking lunch/dinner, privatisation, etc.
