, a major player in the media and digital sector in Luxembourg and France, is proud to announce the start of the works to its new offices. This ambitious project, entrusted to the architectural firm Arco, is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025. Earthworks and structural work began on 18 August with the Kuhn company.
An investment in growth
The decision to build new offices is part of an ongoing growth dynamic for Smart. Currently employing 27 people, the agency plans to grow to 50 within the next five years. The new premises, covering 500 m2 over three floors, will provide the space needed to accommodate this new talent and support the agency’s ambitions.
’s project architect, Georges Lamesch, says: “We have designed offices that create a pleasant, modern working environment, stimulating users to innovate and collaborate in a context that combines raw building materials with more noble finishes, offering unobstructed views over the countryside.”
A pleasant working environment
Located just 200 metres from the agency’s current headquarters on the Robert Schuman Strooss in Frisange, these offices have been designed to offer an optimal and inspiring working environment. In addition to the workspaces, Smart will be setting up wellness activities such as yoga sessions in the garden.
The design of these new offices is not only linked to a need for additional space; they are an opportunity for us to create a place that reflects our image, where everyone can work in ideal conditions.
The strategic location on the French border will facilitate employee mobility by avoiding some of the traffic jams, making the agency even more attractive to talent from the region.
A place to live and exchange
Smart wants to make its head office a real place to live, where customers, partners and employees can meet and talk. The living space on the ground floor will host training courses and events, strengthening links with the entire Smart ecosystem.
This project represents a key stage in Smart’s evolution. The headquarters will be a hub of creativity and innovation, helping to strengthen Smart’s position as a major player in media and digital.
