Post has announced that it has found a new CEO for its subsidiary Victor Buck Services: Stéphanie Noël replaces Edith Magyarics, who left for PwC.

This follows the announcement, at the beginning of November 2021, of, who had been at the head of the company for 10 years. Noël’s appointment has been approved by the CSSF, in accordance with existing obligations, and in particular for companies with PFS status, Post said in a press release on 15 December.

Last week, the arrival of Magyarics was announced at PwC, as head of operations design and product innovation, under the direction of François Génaux.

"In charge of operations in a financial data management and regulatory reporting company for more than 17 years, where she was a member of the executive since 2014, an expert in digital transformation and familiar with the VBS universe, Stéphanie Noël has the necessary assets to make the most of the company's rich heritage while opening up new perspectives," said Claude Strasser, CEO of the Post Group and chairman of the VBS board.

After 17 years at Kneip, where she was appointed head of business improvement and transformation in 2018, Noël became a member of the executive committee of service provider and software editor eProseed.
