Although it’s not over yet, 2024 was a busy year for A-Promotions, which manages the Den Atelier concert hall, with around 150 events organised. The team hopes to sell more tickets than last year (with a target of +5%).
But 2025 is likely to be another great year for the concert organiser, as the first big names in open-air concerts have been announced: in the Luxexpo car park, Luxembourg audiences will be able to listen to Sting on 1 July, as part of his “Sting 3.0” world tour, where he will be accompanied by guitarist Dominic Miller and Luxembourg drummer Chris Maas. Pre-sales start on 25 September at 9am. Regular sales open on 27 September at 9am.

The second ‘big date’ will be 8 July, when Justin Timberlake, the superstar with 45m albums and 63m singles sold, performs. Pre-sales start on 24 September at 11am and regular sales on 25 September at 11am.
Other dates to remember
But before the end of the year, there are still some big productions to discover. Les Misérables will play at the Rockhal from 24 to 27 October, while performances of blockbuster Mama Mia will take place 6 to 9 March (an extra date has been added to cope with demand). Rag’n’Bone Man--who made a name for himself with his track Human in 2016--will be performing at Luxexpo The Box on 1 December for a show steeped in blues, soul and contemporary pop. Shortly afterwards, Die Fantastischen Vier, or Fanta 4 for fans, will be bringing their hiphop music to the Rockhal on 14 December.
For the 2025 season, a few names have already been announced: Jess, Ben Böhmer, Oxlade, Sofi Tukker and Tatty MacLeod. New headliners include DJ Martin Garrix (4 July at Luxexpo Open Air) and Meute (5 July at Neimënster) for techno fans.
The family audience has not been forgotten, with three dates at Opderschmelz in Dudelange: Peppa Pig, on 2 February; Feuerwehrmann Sam, on 30 March; and Oh wie schön ist Panama! on 18 May.
