Baltisse Real Estate, which is developing the AXS project in Howald, has sold The Edge building (lot 3C) to Cardif Lux Vie.

This building is the neighbour of The Corner (lot 3B), which was sold a few months ago to Monceau Assurances.

The 6,302m2 building offers office space on six floors. It is designed by Beiler François Fritsch.

The transaction was made possible thanks to the advice of Inowai.

The new AXS Howald mixed-use development has 42,500m2 of building space, divided into three blocks and five buildings. Lots 1 and 2 have been acquired by the Capelli Group. It is located along the rue des Sillas, along the future tram route, not far from the Howald station and right next to the bus station and the motorway entrance. It is part of the renewal of Howald which is being transposed into commercial activity zone hat is destined to become a future urban district on the outskirts of the capital city.
