Can you sum up your company’s activities in a few words?

Denis Zago: “Mondialbox Luxembourg is the first self-storage drive service in the grand duchy. Under licence from Mondialbox, it’s an innovative concept where customers can access their storage unit with their vehicle 24/7 in a secure, controlled enclosure. Our on-site presence welcomes customers, advises them and facilitates contact and follow-up. The Roodt-Syre outdoor site, which opened in May 2022, offers 136 boxes in 10 sizes. The new Cloche d’Or Indoor site, which opened in June 2024, offers over 400 boxes in 14 sizes.”

What is the story behind your company, and how does this story translate into your mission and values?

“I was looking for a new activity to diversify my risks, and the Mondialbox concept seemed to me to be the best way of meeting the conclusions of a scrupulous market study that I had carried out beforehand. Luxembourg residents need a secure, flexible and practical extension to their business, garage or flat. Mondialbox Luxembourg offers just that.”

What opportunities are you looking for within the Club, and how do you plan to contribute to its development?

“You have to look out of the window to anticipate developments so that you can join in good time. The Paperjam Club highlights this function in a variety of interesting ways. It’s up to me to turn it into an opportunity! But I think it would be presumptuous of me to imagine contributing to its development in any way other than those who are already doing a much better job of it.”
