A local success story, this meal delivery service is expanding its offerings and strengthening ties with local businesses, maintaining a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

In Luxembourg’s vibrant digital economy landscape, a local food delivery platform has steadily gained ground, carving out a unique niche.

Launched in 2016 after an intense development period, this local initiative has blossomed into a success story that resonates with both residents and local businesses. The platform’s journey began as a response to an evident market gap. “The project started somewhat randomly, as this type of service wasn’t sufficiently developed in Luxembourg,” explains Filippo Biasotto, co-founder. What began as a simple idea has now evolved into a comprehensive service with thousands of subscribers and partnerships with some of the country’s most renowned restaurants.

But the company’s vision extends well beyond simple meal deliveries. With a clear focus on strengthening synergies within Luxembourg, the platform aims to diversify its offering. “Our goal is to reinforce the ‘made in Luxembourg’ company identity for residents who believe in their country and invest in the local market,” says engineer Emanuele Chichi, co-founder and CEO. Coverage of the national territory is rapidly expanding, and the most densely populated areas are already reached by our service. As part of an ambitious expansion strategy, the company is preparing to significantly diversify its offering by year-end. The plan includes introducing grocery delivery services, including over-the-counter pharmaceuticals, and expanding the range of consumer goods.

The platform’s success is not just about its services; it’s deeply rooted in its team. Each member plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of the platform. “Every person has an important place, and we also benefit from the support of specialized external companies for shipments,” emphasizes Filippo Biasotto. Quality remains at the forefront of their strategy. “Being efficient and contributing to improving the lives and well-being of people living in the country – these are our desires,” concludes Veronica Brizzi, the artistic and graphic director. With a continued commitment to innovation and quality, the platform is well-positioned to be a key player in Luxembourg’s home delivery landscape. Their locally focused approach and quality partnerships with Grand Duchy merchants promise to push this platform towards new milestones. As international competitors enter the market, this local success story stands out for its deep understanding of local needs and its commitment to supporting the Luxembourg community. “It’s not just a delivery service; it’s a testament to Luxembourg’s entrepreneurial spirit and innovation,” concludes Emanuele Chichi.
