Dupont believes she is part of the next generation “in terms of connectivity and resilience, and I'm trying to bring a bit of freshness to jobs that are perhaps a bit old school. But I think there's a new generation within the new generation. I'm still part of the hard-working generation, but I enjoy it because I love my job. The new generation that's coming up has a bit of a 'if it doesn't work out, we'll change' mindset, and even if the job market is extremely dynamic, it won't necessarily last. So we need to find the right balance.”
