With phase 6 of the vaccination campaign for people aged 18–54 closed, the government is now inviting border residents and non-resident nationals to be vaccinated.

As has been usual after each vaccination phase, the government is setting up a waiting list open to anyone unable or unwilling to be vaccinated when it was their turn.

From the morning of 5 July onwards, waiting lists are open on the website and will remain open until the end of the month. People aged 18 or over can register on one or more of the lists, depending on the vaccine chosen: AstraZeneca, Janssen or mRNA (Moderna/BioNTech-Pfizer). Registrants will receive an invitation from the health ministry by post on a first come, first served basis. The letter will detail the procedure for making an appointment at one of the country's vaccination centres. Personalised assistance is also offered through a hotline specially set up for this purpose: (+352) 247-65533.

In addition to residents, this phase is open to Luxembourg nationals residing in another country who do not have access to vaccination in their country of residence, as well as to cross-border workers who have not benefited from a subsequent phase, such as health workers. Employees from France, Belgium and Germany are targeted in order to better cover the national territory.
