Goodwin has appointed as a partner, starting 3 June, in its private investment funds practice in Luxembourg, the global law firm on 15 May 2024. Leroy brings extensive experience in advising clients on investment management matters across various jurisdictions, focusing on regulatory compliance, corporate governance and fund lifecycle management, particularly in the real estate sector, Goodwin stated.
Alexandrine Armstrong-Cerfontaine, head of Goodwin’s Luxembourg practice, highlighted Leroy’s multi-jurisdictional experience and expertise in fund lifecycle management as valuable additions to the firm’s capabilities.
Leroy’s appointment is part of Goodwin’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its presence in Luxembourg, stated the press release. This strategic move aligns with the firm’s commitment to serving international fund clients effectively.
