Will AI help or hinder diversity for HR professionals?

Technological advancements are helping make workflows more efficient. But in HR, they could also help prevent discrimination and bias, said Jelena Matone and Rachel Treece during the latest Delano Live event on 21 April.

The HR and artificial intelligence sectors were in the spotlight during the latest Delano Live. What impact will AI have on diversity? Can a system be programmed to ensure that enough women or other groups are included? Or could these systems simply perpetuate existing problems?
