Following a successful tour of the United States supporting The Districts earlier this year, Francis of Delirium has just completed a series of dates in the UK and Europe. The band, fronted by the highly talented songwriter Jana Bahrich, now returns to its home base of Luxembourg for a show at Rotondes as part of the excellent month-long Congés Annulés festival.

Bahrich and her chief collaborator Chris Hewett on drums create catchy, melodic indie rock with pop sensibilities--Bahrich is an admirer of Japanese Breakfast, Phoebe Bridgers and Sufjan Stevens, for example.

Latest recorded output from the band was The Funhouse EP released in April. Stereogum described the title track as “a sharp, purposeful piece of alternative rock” that could have come from a post-grunge 90s band or been a blog hit in the early ’00s. “It exists out of time like that,” Tom Breihan wrote.
