CEO of Eaglestone's Luxembourg subsidiary, Xavier Hauboldt, will leave the company, the group announced on 25 June. Current COO Eric Dothée will take over the position on 1 September.

Eaglestone Group's shareholders, Nicolas Orts and Gaétan Clermont, have asked Hauboldt to step down from the Eaglestone Board of Directors as of June 22. Dothée will replace him in his functions.

Hauboldt had been Eaglestone's CEO since September 2015.

"It was an honour for me to launch Eaglestone Luxembourg in 2015 and to build a great team with recognised talent," said Hauboldt.

Hauboldt will continue to work on the day-to-day business until 31 August 2022. On that date, he will step down from his position.

Dothée joined Eaglestone in April 2021. He was previously head of business development and asset management at IKO Real Estate, where he also headed the communication and marketing department.
